Steps To Utilize Your SkillsFuture Credits

NOTE: Only our approved language courses visible in the SkillsFuture Directory are claimable. If you do not see your preferred language or level, please call Lingo for the status.


1 Register your interest to enroll by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or call 6253 3320. We will email you the invoice as a supporting document for your SkillsFuture claim.

2 Click Login with your SingPass on the top right hand corner.

3 Select for the OTP (One Time Password) to be sent to your mobile number. This number must be the one registered with your SingPass.

4 Key in your OTP into the website. The alert will be available on the page.

5 Click the "Submit a Claim" button in blue (below)



6 Course start date: Make sure you select the correct date of commencement according to your invoice.

7 Course Title: Key in the language

8 Training Provider: Key in "Lingo"

9 You will see the course details in grey at the bottom. Click on it.



Scroll to the bottom and you will come to these forms -

10 Enter Your Payment Details: Key in the amount you are claiming for (same amount in both boxes below). Hover your mouse over the ⓘ for hints.

Please do not forget to include the GST in the final amount that you can claim. For instance, if the course is $250 plus GST, the amount claimable is $267.5.

11 Pay To: Training Provider: (To be claimed within 60 days before course start date)

12 Upload Supporting Documents: Upload your invoice from Lingo and submit

An official invoice from the school is compulsory for WDA to verify a genuine claim.



13 Declaration: Select both on the bottom of the website and click Submit.

14 Email your: Claim Submission ID screenshot, valid phone number and NRIC (front & back) copies to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Your Claim ID begins with 2000 and the page would look like this:


15 Kindly make sure the claim status is "approved".
